Coincidentally, when most of the factories in Shenzhen, China in considering how to reduce employee salaries, Shenzhen BenYuan Vision Technology Co., LTD first launched the policy to eliminate "Ordinary Workers" in the competitive security industry. All the staffs in the production lines are technicians, the employees who passed trial period are paid at least RMB3500.00, eventually official employees who passed all the testes and qualifications are paid at least RMB5000.00. All the salaries are far higher than the minimum wage(RMB1080.00) for ordinary workers of the Shenzhen Government Regulations.
In order to encourage the employees’ growth and the change of professionalization, BenYuan have policy that production lines junior technicians must upgrade to intermediate technicians within 3 months, the minimum wage is RMB4000.00, after six months they have to upgrade to senior technicians, basic wage is RMB 4500.00, In two years, they must become to a super engineers with the basic wage is RMB5000.00. Those who can’t upgrade will be eliminated.
With the purpose of effectively improving the good treatment of excellent staffs, BenYuan has half-and-fast rules that at least 20% of the total production staffs can enjoy the treatment of super technician whose minimum wage is RMB 5000.00.
In addition, the production staffs have the same holiday and treatment as office staffs, never forced to work overtime. They work 40 hours a week, and other welfares are the same as office staffs.
